i live in the northeast not saudi arabia. ample evening sunlight is not a luxury i enjoy.

it is indeed gremolata. not a huge parsley fan but it wasn't bad on the veal. and credit for the cooking goes to mama mia.

i don't think i'll be making gremolata again.
although, my mom has made this basil-garlic-oil mixture for years to go over caprese salad. that's gremolata-esque and very good. i should have had that instead.
