Even if people were eating healthier foods, they'd still be getting fatter...because portion sizes have basically doubled inside of a couple generations. And researchers continue to confirm that when people, no matter who or what they are, are presented with a larger portion they will eat more.
So what do we do to control portion sizes? Obviously we can't regulate them. Massive soda ban in NYC showed us that. And telling people to order a small combo at the drive through instead of the uber one is like telling crackheads not to smoke crack. Education obviously hasn't worked. So what's the solution?
