while jaime will def kill cersei, i think it will be in a similar way as he killed areys: to protect everyone else. this will happen after everything has been taken from her.
also, i like the theory that her foot will be infected from the walk and it will have to go, symbolically breaking the link between jaime and cersei. jaime came into the world holding her foot, mentioned multiple times. plus all the lannisters be losing limbs. noses, ears, hands...
however, i don't know what punishments she'll be forced to take if ser robert strong loses... and i think he will lose. like i said, cleganebowl confirmed

well in the show jon snow knew but didn't tell stannis that his brothers were alive and he could rally the north around him: he wasn't needed. because that would make, you know, sense in the show where fat tarly blurts all this shit out to snow. and snow gets stabbed not because he announced he was deserting (you know nothing, jon snow) but rather "for the watch". what i'm trying to say is the show doesn't try to make sense
