People who are genuinely in favor of social liberalism and not someone who comes out in support of social liberalism to win votes from the populace, IE most Dem politicians.

...since you asked though, Social Liberals such as myself tend to be slightly more in favor of government aid programs such as welfare, healthcare and other things as opposed to classical liberalism which doesn't like government involvement in these types of programs. Most of us are centrists who lean left, which is what I would consider myself personally. I am a social liberal that supports safety nets and things such as consumer protections, and at the same time I am a capitalist.
