I certainly think it's worth looking at. That, and the fact that you have to remember when we put somebody in jail for a felony, they have to put that felony on every single job application they ever fill out for the rest of their lives, which means they won't get hired, so we're really giving them more than x amount of years for their crime now, aren't we?
Our justice/prison system needs a complete reboot. It is one thing that has actually gotten bi-partisan support, in that people like Hillary and Rand Paul are amazingly on the same side on this.
