this kind of shit really pisses me off.

my friend was raped. while walking home from the bar taken off the street and raped in a car, and left bleeding and broken, refuses years later to be in pictures because all she really remembers is the flash from him taking pictures of him raping her.

this cracked article wants to say it's "rape" from making out with a guy for an hour? you want to call THAT rape? for f**k sake. rape does not happen just because one party has regret of actions. and in my example of an actual rape, my friend had been drinking... but that's not how she got in the car. the guy drove by asked if she needed a lift, she said no, he drove off... then came back and just threw her in the car when she wasn't around anyone else. THIS IS VERY DIFFERENT than regretting having sex with someone the next morning after you've both been drinking.

want to be treated like everyone else? then have responsibility for your actions from drinking. you may regret your decisions, but if it's your fault you were drinking, then other decisions you make while inebriated are your decisions.

one of my friends posted something the other day about how its rape and abuse when a girl has sex but feels like she can't say no, and might even say yes and consent.


so basically if a girl doesn't say no, it's still rape. because somehow their partner is supposed to know what they're REALLY thinking.
