Wow, that guy is just insane. He shot his 62 year old neighbor in the head just because she was moving her lawn. Probably she was way too loud and he couldn't fall asleep so he decided just to kill her. That's how it happens in small towns. I'm sure there are much more such freaks living in small towns who can kill you just for nothing. I think they should be prohibited from owning guns cause they don't actually need them.
