That's strange and stupid!
Biden knows that he will never be elected. He's to old and unpopular for that. On the other hand he's a vice president, so he's known by people and doesn't need extra points for his ratings.

Not sure what's happening here--America loved George W. Bush? Really? Because when McCain was running (and with the others too) he couldn't distance himself any FURTHER from George W. Bush, which would be odd if he was so well-loved.
Biden's interesting but I don't see it happening, unless he thinks he's the "moderate" that bridges the gap between socialist Bernie and Hillary the Hawk.
