That is actually one big problem I have with America. People dressing as if they are more productive than they really are. You own 16 pairs of cargo shorts yet we all know damn well, even if you get out on the weekend, you don't functionally need anywhere close to that many pockets. This is a trend. i also notice tons of people wearing athletic gear who aren't the slightest bit athletic, and who aren't doing anything athletic at the moment. I have a sneaky suspicion that most of these people feel that if they simply LOOK the part, others will somehow be tricked into think cargo shorts wearing bro is some clever handyman by day, or that the fat girl in yoga pants is actually very flexible and energetic. I think it's no coincidence that America, the most out of shape nation, is the one nation that seems to most endorse clothes no one would ever consider fashionable or practical in 90% of circumstances. Perhaps because these clothes best hide or minimize size. I think this is where the obsession with "comfort" comes in as well. If your dress shoes or shirt are uncomfortable, they are the wrong size. Then again, if you are 350 pounds, every dress shirt is going to choke you, and only liberal amount of help from Dr. Scholes will make any sort of footwear comfortable.
DON'T BE A TOUGH GUY. DON'T BE A FOOL! I WILL CALL YOU LATER.
