Latin Americans isn't even up for debate man. You will have to put in more work for sure, cause latin women have a much better understanding of their femininity and the cards they hold, but after a while it's worth it. Again, you are a white english speaking american guy, of course you are going to have more luck in the USA than in a chinese village. But the attitudes are completely different and the US is simply more prude. White American girls are some of the absolute worst in bed.
