He found his niche, playing with cards that other candidates haven't used yet. Looks like he's tearing ariund and tries to find more cards, but anyway this idea on abolishing private prisons is rather good.

Prison for profit only insures there will be plenty of things that will make you eligible to be in one. Many of those things will be fairly petty things too.. 
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
