I have always been a sucker for burgers and fries, but over the past year or so it started to catch up with me and I had put on a few pounds. Then I quit smoking 2 months ago. Within a few weeks of quitting smoking, my lungs felt better and I started jogging every night. There seems to be a domino effect, because now I'm naturally gravitating toward much healthier eating too.
