And as usual, you have no facts to back up your arguments, or just completely making them up. Even though Iran officially denies funding and arming Hezbollah, it's estimated that Iran has spent between 100-200 million every year for the last decade. There's been no documentation of a spike in spending. And no, Iran just can't flood Lebanon with weapons, since they have to smuggle them from the Mediterranean or thru Syria, which is no easy task since Israel has a pretty good record of intercepting weapons shipments.
Southern Lebanon is still pretty much a wasteland, due the devastating bombing campaign by the IDF. This poses a challenge for Hezbollah, since they need to maintain weapons platforms within range of northern Israel. They have less infrastructure to move fighters, and weapons. Next, Israel has a top notch intell gathering operation in Southern Lebanon. The IDF is going to pay more attention to southern Lebanon since the intell lapse of 06. I don't think they're going make the same mistake again. So, a gradual build up by Hezbollah isn't going to go unnoticed.
