They might not do it so we shouldn't either. Similar approach my kids try and use on me.
Also, China has started getting aggressive with its green initiatives, mainly because they have no choice due to the mess they have in certain regions. If you get those Commies moving in one direction with that government, they could be potentially leading this moving through a national wide effort.
We should be the leaders, not waiting to see anyone else is going to take that big first step.
