What's disgraceful is you guys disrespecting the victims of a mass shooting by speculating about shit you can't possibly know. We don't know if anyone objected. We don't know if there was a guy who wanted to do something but was pushed along in the crowd.
More than that, you are playing right into the disposable male nonsense. All people's lives have value, men and women. What I take away from this situation is that dozens of people got to live - they won the world's worst lottery. Yeah, that's really shitty, and maybe some resistance would have worked... Or maybe it would have just been one more corpse on the floor.
Either way, the callousness and lack of empathy for what people went through is absolutely disgusting, and exactly why I posted this thread. And here you guys are - typically fairly reasonable about guns, at least for Americans - literally behaving like a mass killing is a spectator sport ("Yeah, Jim, the men lost some serious ground today, looks like training camp is gonna be tough on them this year.")
Anybody who talks about what they would have done, from the safety of their home, is a moron and a coward.
