Looks like it inarguably lead to a decrease in suicides and arguably a decrease in homicides.

Also no mass shootings in Australia since Port Arthur. How many has the US had since 1996? Got to be double digits for sure.
If one knew for sure, would a gun owner be willing to give up his weapon to prevent Sandy Hook, or is the ethereal fight against tyranny more important?
