Go back and read Indy's OP. For one thing, it harps repeatedly on the injustice of this guy being locked up for 30 years, but neglects to work that into the conclusion (that we should end the death penalty). The prosecutor likewise is quoted as being overagressive in his prosecution, striking black jurors from the pool in order to ensure a death sentence. Yeah, that sounds exactly like what eynon would do if he split his time defending and prosecuting. You are just entirely dedicated to shutting down any discussion here that isn't directly about abolishing the death penalty (which I've already proposed we do) to the point where you are willfully ignoring anything that points to other issues.
