I'm going to start calling him "Paulie Numbers." What I'm so fascinated by is this guy year after year fails to provide any specifics and yet the mythology continues that he's a serious "policy wonk" or "numbers" guy--like a non-dorky Al Gore.
There's also this breathtaking piece of "Do as I say, not as I do" hypocrisy, where the guy who insisted he would only take the job if he were allowed plenty of time to spend with his family opposes family leave legislation, calling that an "entitlement." Oh he believes he's entitled to spend as much time with his family as he sees fit as his salary is paid by, well, us--but for normal, hard-working folk? They can suck it, and shame on you for expecting More Free Stuff, parasites.
As usual, the MSM gently challenge him on it, let him give his canned, non-sensical response and then move along, leaving him unmolested.
That's a neat trick!
Mr. POLICY WONK had his budget plans 'scored' by economists on more than 1 occasion. They were illogical, blew the deficit up and the budget cuts were on the backs of the lowest income earners (reduction in social programs AND cut severely the earned income tax credits).
