I don't disagree with more education, but we have to take a different approach. If you are talking about current higher education, no, it would be a waste. A lot of people are just simply incapable of learning through our current antiquated teaching methods at the university level. Not to mention, the subject matter is just flat not useful for what many people are going to do with their lives.[/quote]
You could be right. We had a president with 2 Ivy league degrees that had less native intelligence than I have. 'Pedigreed' and educated and he could find a coherent sentence with a dictionary and a flashlight. He bragged about his lack of intellectual curiosity AND has just learned to read post presidency. But by God, he had 2 Ivy league degrees. WHAT A WASTE!
