It all comes down to personal motivation. If a person in this country wants an education, chances are they can get one, regardless of race, sexual orientation, and all other irrelevant BS. It seems some just want to be led through life with someone holding their hand the entire trip. For many, college will have 0% impact on their life. For others, maybe a bit more.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

The focus should be on trade schools, not college itself. At least they could learn a skill or something that could be applied in real life. Plus, it would cost the taxpayers less if every thing is going to be a freebie. Can I use my college money for a new metal roof?
