France, UK, US, and Germany(who is being inundated with refugees) could easily send 500,000 or more troops to Iraq/Syria and put an end

Well, this makes clear the death toll will still be there whether we send troops or not.
Obama needs to send troops to finish this, because if ISIS strikes in the US

Obama certainly bears a lot of responsibility, but he didn't allow them to form. They were already formed. Everything was well in place to facilitate their growth, splintering cells and function.

I'd say this is pretty bad. Hollande looks weak and will try to make up for that with bombastic rhetoric as well as action. France may end up leading the charge of a more unified and militant Europe. Marie La Pen will instantly go up in the polls. This bodes very poorly for any migrants attempting to get into Europe.

And an overreaction by any players could lead to further destabilization in the middle east.

I'd like to see a subdued yet strong military response along with a call by Europe to get entirely off oil. The only way you can prompt the regional powers in the ME to change is to change the dynamics they thrive off of. Call it a New Manhattan project.

The US starts the wars and Europe gets the refugees. Many of those refugees are young able bodied men capable of fighting against the militant threats in their countries. But they don't, they run and hide, looking for an upgrade in address. I find this very curious.

The un is as irrelevant as it's high minded empty windbag rhetoric. It seems to be much more of a getaway opportunity for useless, well paid, appointed bureaucrats , wearing Armani suits while many of the rest of their countrymen wear rags. than anything else. They issue a lot of edicts and produce almost no results of any kind. Maybe some pamphlets that no one reads. Hopefully, it disappears sooner instead of later.
