Turkey likes ISIS. Keeps the Kurds busy and not raising a ruckus. Most Muslim nations in the region are either largely cool with ISIS doing what they do, are powerless to stop it, or want to exploit them for geopolitical advantage.

there is a huge percentage of the worlds christians who believe equally as insane things. the difference is that they don't live in middle east, which is its own special level of unstable and neo-colonized. put europe under similar conditions for 150 years and you'll see franz strapping on a suicide vest.
