a group in philly was thought to be armed and dangerous and they were predominately black so the philly police department literally dropped a bomb on their "compound" which set an entire city block on fire and killed a bunch of people.
the only difference though that eynon seems to be ignoring is that there are no civilians, they're in the middle of nowhere, and they've openly committed crimes unlike the shitty intelligence the former incident was based on.
