exclude temperature. i didn't notice that was included (but even if we were using that it wouldn't need to be on there. any food that didn't meet the requirements for temperature would be scrapped anyways, assuming we had monitoring devices)
it's very easy to break up good fat vs bad fat. wouldn't even need a special label. as for what it does for the body, saying it's good fat and bad fat should be clear enough.

and yes, the label GMO should be put on it.
