I like it. Especially the high school portion. These decisions are made at such a young age.
I also think general personal finance classes should be mandatory.

It's not a lack of education, its a lack of options. It's like asking why do poor people make stupid financial decisions? Mostly its because they have no f**k money and they can't afford to be clever. Payday loans are dumb but if you are desperate you take it. What's any semi-decent student going to do, look at the world and the economy and conclude let me take the cheap way here?
