This is the same silly argument that people use when they talk about taxation, I might add. If taxes go up on the wealthy, why, they'll just choose not to be as productive, and will buy a trailer in Texas so that they don't have to pay taxes.

being a doctor would have such a better work/life balance if we had a different system. shit, they could see more patients a day as well. the paperwork our insurance system creates alone was enough to drive me from med school.
