Clinton should want him on the ballot. She's likely going to crush him there. She shouldn't want any claim that the delegates she wins are not legitimate.

Silly error, but very unlikely to matter.
DC votes last, and only has a small amount of delegates. If the primary is close enough for DC to matter, it'll be a contested convention anyway, and leaving Sanders off the ballot would look horrible for Hillary and the DNC.
