the GOP frontrunner right now is ascending because we live in a nation where in that party people have been groomed for years to now consider somebody like him a reasonable choice, just as practically every candidate put forth by the GOP in recent years would be considered a non-starter even just 10 years ago. For the White House, for Congress, for state governors.
For you to deny that is simply staggering, but not less absurd then your claim that there's this "vast majority" of Party members who allegedly pay no attention to right wing media, so this is a totally unfair sweeping generalization. So that means one of two things: a) You really don't know, probably because you don't live here, or b) you're denying it--all of it--because you need to "win" here.
I suspect it's more the latter than the former but can only speculate.
You know what else is super-interesting? You deny this, but haven't offered an alternative explanation. Just that I'm 100% wrong.
