I simply don't see why the government should have to do that.
What's a checking account cost? Well according to this article http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/business/20 ... est-banks/, somewhere between $0-25 is needed to open them, and somewhere between $0-$5/month to keep it open.
Seriously, do we need a large government program to give people a one-time payout of $25 and monthly handouts of $5?

We will never be equal because our motivations aren't. I get a pension now, but it required my working for it over the years. And just so you will all feel better, its way way less then the golden parachute plan of even the one term public servant.
