Did fstar just say that poor, young people don't warrant a bank account, and don't have banking needs?

After reading this thread, it occurs to me that the best way to finance programs like this is to put people like fstar and phosphide into work camps. They can plant and harvest cash crops, which can be sold and used to pay for this program. They'll be paid, of course, I'd never suggest slavery... it's just that they won't have a bank account to store their earnings, and the rules and regulations of the work camp forbid you from storing personal items in shared sleeping areas. It won't be that bad though - they can simply bury the money, like their white trash, toothless, meth-dealing extended family taught them.

And again Exploited, if you looked at the data the older they got the less percentage were unbanked. Not a hard concept to grasp here big fella.

Google all of the big banks and see how many offer free services to students. Go ahead, if they all get free services why are they unbanked? Probably because they only made a couple thousand and didnt put it in the bank.
