i think he has problems with the USPS locally in Louisiana, and has information to back it up for his personal/professional experience with them. i've never had an issue with the usps, personally (ALTHOUGH HOW WOULD I EVEN KNOW???)

The post office sucks and I hate when I have to go there on the very rare occasion. Don't make me bank there (although I go to a physical bank about as much as I go to the post office).
