It's fine though. If you accept it's a pale imitation that is nothing like the books, then it can be fun to watch

It's been a fun season. If you suspend your disbelief and forget about the books you'll appreciate it alot more. The try-hard nerds will ruin it for themselves, of course, but that's to be expected. In my opinion it's just a slightly more sophisticated, larger casted and better produced version of Xena: Warrior Princess. Pure cheese, and that's fine, it's entertaining and there are tits, fights and dragons. Doesn't have to make sense and is probably a better show for it.

He doesn't hate the show but he's given up all hope of it making sense. In another video be explained that the books are a riddle. A very hard riddle for full understanding but a solvable one: you could figure out who killed Jon Arryn in book one without anything else added. But the show is Bilbo's "riddle": what has it got in its pocketses? This is a source of frustration so stop trying and just enjoy the tits and dragons
