Her campaign has been good in a lot of ways. Most importantly in locking down the entire establishment behind her before anyone else could even mount a challenge. Their field operation has also been great. Sanders probably had a larger army of volunteers, but they deployed their resources better.

But her communications team deserves to all get fired. From the absurd "abuela" shit to this latest disaster with their response to the State Department IG report, they are just completely out of touch. Yes, she's out of touch too. She's been political royalty for a quarter century - of course she's out of touch. Her communication team is in charge of making her look like she's not, and they've failed.
