Depends on the attack. If Trump is up there ranting about rapists and menstrual cycles she's best ignoring it. He is more polished than that now for the most part, but we will see if he can maintain his composure and avoid being himself.

Right, but that's to be expected in connection with an increase in name recognition. The question is whether that trend would continue as the state of play shifts to media saturation. I don't think it necessarily would and I still really don't see the US electorate being ready for a Jewish socialist. Americans are still pretty bigoted people and socialism is still a dirty word for a lot of us.
We'll probably never get to find out though, since the Dem primary voters chose Clinton over Sanders.
