Being violent to someone smaller and weaker than you is pretty unkind. A lot of guys would never hit a woman but would beat the shit out of a dude half his own size if he said the wrong thing. I dont see it as any less dishonorable.

Indeed it isn't smart, but the point is that there's no need to hit someone who poses no physical threat to you.
