Old Boys Club isn't really defined by age so much as social privilege though. For instance, there are 40 year olds in my towns OBC, and they belong because they are economically well-off, influential and inward looking elitists.
In re: PCF, the Old Boys Club has always exerted tremendous influence over the enforcement of rules, made financial donations, and drove off everyone they didn't think fit in. This is always accompanied by whining about those very things. I won't name names, but it should be fairly obvious.
