That's not blackface though, that was a black clay mask
Blackface is makeup and it covers the ears, neck, etc. In Germany they still do it, there's that wonderful pic of Merkel next to a kid in blackface smiling. It's a specific makeup of vaudeville. What Robert Downey Jr was wearing in tropic thunder or whatever isn't blackface; he didn't have red lips. And neither is a clay mask
Finally, it's bizarre that the same people who say we must allow men to dress in women's clothing and we're a bunch of assholes if we don't say they are women, to find anything wrong with cross-racing

As for "nigga", if you search for if it's racist for white people to say it you find mainly a bunch of people complaining white people are using their word. If anything it's racist ownership of a word and I'm sick of all these microaggressions around it
