Put simply - fascism is less defined by economics and more by the level of freedom and acceptance. Fascism allows for mixed market economies - so long as the corporortists put the policies of the state over the incentive of anything else, including profit. You could theoretically then have a regulated laissez fairre economy in a fascist state.
