Of course Bernie would have won. The enthusiasm for his candidacy was intense, and I know the Clinton supporters feel weird when people genuinely like a candidate, but they sure as hell weren't going to vote for Trump.

Bernie would have secured the hard Dem vote, most of the moderate rural vote that gave Trump the election, as well as some crossovers from the Republicans who are more interested in America-first type policy than ideology.

It really shouldn't come as a shock that people who think he couldn't have won are the same people so consistently wrong for the entire election cycle.
