Its just a stroke of luck America is an infinite source of relief for the rest of the world, LOL. And I bet most of the open boarder supporters locked THEIR doors before going to the protest.

Federal Appeals Court just bounced Trump's appeal of the suspension of the Muslim ban. Because f**k that unamerican noise.
This could go to the (partial) Supreme Court. Which probably won't do Trump any favors, as it now sits.
Will trump accept his shame and modify the EO? Or does this need to bog down for a good, long, embarrassing time?

TBH I think this order's probably within the executive branch's power. I would not have issued this TRO were I Judge Robart (and this has nothing to do with him rejecting me for a clerkship in 2012).
