No. Receiving medical care from a religious institution is entirely different from indoctrinating innocent children in a religious institution. Or failing to educate them because history and science and mathematics don't mesh well with their ancient beliefs.
The Jesus hospital can fix up my kid's broken leg. The Jesus school won't get anywhere hear him.
The only exceptions would be schools where the curriculum and methods are entirely independent from the religiosity of the institution. But even that is stretching, considering that the other students are more likely to have been raised within that sort of agenda.
Religion and caring for the sick are kind of a natural fit. Religion combined with education is just about the most dangerous thing mankind has devised.
