Why are we assuming Trump will obey court orders? Not a huge chance, but I can see a world where President Trump is (a) 6-18 months into his first term, (b) has been stymied by unanimous Democratic opposition and an uncooperative and fractured Republican legislative branch, (c) is increasingly worried about his reputation and legacy, and so decides (d) "f**k it", I'm gonna start ignoring court orders.
And once that happens it's game over for judicial supremacy, regardless of the gravity of the rulings that are ignored early on. This could easily happen if there was an Islamist terrorist attack tomorrow, btw.

It's amazing. Only a month in and there are already active ground combat operations in Syria, ExxonMobil has started pumping oil in iraq, obamacare has been repealed, the US embassy in Israel is in the process of being moved to Jerusalem, the Iran deal has been ended, and Muslims are banned from America.

What can Dems do? GOP has majorities in both houses and control of the Executive branch.
Why hasn't Obamacare been repealed yet? They've had 6 years to come up with something. Trump said he had a plan. Do you think he was lying?
What did Dems do to obstruct tearing up the Iran deal? Be precise. Which Democrat did what to stop this? Same question on drilling oil in Iraq. Which Democrat did what to stop this?
