Also, assuming we accept NAB's logic - which seems to be TIAR, something something, Mexico something something - what kind of ally would not forgive and forget after the US suffered the most monstrous attack on its people in history? There are dozens of other countries who helped out, and they had way more beef with the US... including Russia, Pakistan, etc. Instead Mexico chose not to participate because another country committed a war of aggression and got smacked down by yet another country that isn't the US? How does that even make sense?
