no i understand that, but i don't understand how any law the us makes in regards to alien entry runs afoul of the constitution. aliens are not americans, and they live in not america. they are aliens. the feds can set whatever they want. a1§8c4 gives congress the power to set up whatever they want in the regard to naturalization. congress gave the executive unlimited authority to stop any class of aliens for whatever reason if he found it was against national interests. the court has said the plenary power derives from the federal government being in charge of international affairs, striking down state immigration laws and upholding federal ones
