yes i did read it. it says some people argue that, but most all discussions have to do with a single point in time after which we are completely different. the singularity is estimated to be in 2045. while the internet will be a part of all of this, it is but a precursor and you are wrong
also you need to call it something else if you think it isn't a single point in time (a "singularity", if you will) but rather something that happens over time, (a "revolution", if you will)
finally i never said technology cannot be better after the singularity. in fact i think technological improvement will be at a rate so fast after the singularity it will be basically the tick rate on the server this simulation is running on: the speed of light. its why its impossible to really comment on what life will be like after the singularity
