I don't understand why HE had to do it in a meeting with those officials. We have intelligence officials all over that could of easily been working together if we needed to. We have been sharing intelligence on ISIS with Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UEA, etc for years now. Why did he have to be the one to do it if we know he sucks at this. He has basically handed over military operations to the generals, I don't understand why he has to be the one to do it.
