It's like we need to curtsey before we offer assistance to aggrieved rural counties with no jobs and low populations. That have limited or no infrastructure and a healthcare system strained by a lack of revenue.
We're just as hard on them as we have been on Detroit for f**k sake. Mismanagement, sprawl, declining population, lack of jobs, increase drug use, its rural America in a nutshell. Is that considered liberal?
