i'm not being an apologist, i'm just trying to explain why he was found not guilty. it perplexed me at first as well, but i can see it now. i think if it was the left arm reaching for it you would have seen his head move in the way it did earlier in the video, and the prosecution would have used forensics to collaborate that to make a deal about it (the wounds would have been consistent with someone turned away from where the shots were fired). i think he was weirdly using his right hand, which is very odd indeed, esp since the gun was in the right pocket, but i could be wrong about it. i think the autopsy results of bullet entries would explain
