Cons have an ongoing meme that obamacare was slapped together quickly and then rushed through the legislature therefor was "forced" on the American people or some shit. f**k rubes.

It's kind of a funny point since the only reason you require a public-private Frankenstein system is because the Republicans are so dumb about healthcare. They think that if you provide universal coverage, you'll just stop innovating new tech and care solutions and start death panelling your own people and insurance will somehow be more expensive after creating the largest risk pool possible.
