i think it's fairly reasonable to expect someone to say 'i'm here with wacky wilson'

i dunno, i don't think he's wrong in saying she was secretly listening in. however, it could have been a reasonable response of wilson to just be like "i don't want to talk to trump, he's calling you it you're thing" and let her be on the phone call... of course.... why was she then listening in? he wasn't even wrong about saying that they know what they are signing up for, but that doesn't mean he ought to have said these things.

Am I missing something? Is the claim that Wilson was actually listening in on the call covertly somehow? Like a pair of bulky headphones in a black van? The way I understand it, they were in a car, and I'm assuming this was on speaker? Either that or the call was simply audible in such close quarters. Phones don't have to be that quiet.

And yeah...there's simply no way to blame anyone at all but trump. He was entirely in the wrong...but once again...that's not the issue. The problem is that people found out about it.

The thought of making the ultimate sacrifice even crossed my mind when I enlisted in the Air force in 1970. I suppose its a thought many share especially if you are going for green beret, seal team, or any other tip of the spear groups. In essence, Trump was correct. His problem seems to be speaking the facts without spooking the herd. And today's herd spooks pretty easy.
